Sofia’s Beauty blog covers features almost daily about striking make-up products and news from the beauty world. Sofia regularly showcases her newest purchases, but also honestly blogs about the stuff that she didn’t like that much too. She always makes it a point to test the products herself and presents her findings with illustrative pictures or recommendations, like the “Nail of the Day”. We are pea green with envy over her beautiful and fresh nail designs. This blog is a great colourful mix that allows little peeks into many aspects of the beauty scene.
Cheap and chic is written by is Alessandra who is passionate about low cost cosmetics and bringing affordable beauty to her readers. She posts regularly about inexpensive makeup products and style and makes it her mission to imitate the hottest trends and celebrity looks without breaking the bank. With all the hugely (and sometime ridiculously) expensive products on the market this is a lovely and uplifting blog.
Aki Matsuhashi is a professional makeup artist who works on fashion shoots, magazines, advertising and shows, so she definitely knows her stuff. Having studied in New York and Paris, she now organizes makeup workshops in Tokyo and has also remarkably created her own brand of cosmetics. The blog features a selection of her key pieces of work and is great mood board of inspiration to get you trying different looks and styles.
Chic Beauty Blog is about delivering chic, glamorous and easy beauty. “My blog has become my passion and my hobby. I love looking for new brands and test new products. I am a makeup addict and love cosmetics. No novelty escapes me.” We really enjoy the blogs pretty layout and the helpful images that accompany all of her blog posts make it a fun and accessible read.
