The momentary form of the SKY

The shape of the SKY

Sky 1

One day when I looked up to the SKY, the clouds looked different.

The clouds were in the shape of the Japanese archilapego.

From that time I always paid attention to the clouds to see if there was anything special about them.

I pay attention not only the shape of the clouds, the rainbow-like ring around the sun–the astronomical halo–the rainbow colored clouds, and the beams of light streaming from between the clouds, etc.

The appearance changes within an instant depending on wind direction and the sun position. Its exciting to think that you won’t see what you are looking at ever again.

To photograph the momentary form of the SKY, I strengthen the contrast and sharpness settings because we want to clearly express the cloud shapes and the beams of light.

Sometimes I use the PL filter so I always bring it along in the camera bag.

However, the most important thing is to look up at the sky with the heart of a child.

Once you get into it, everyday brings the excitement of an encounter with a completely different SKY.

Since an early age, I really enjoyed looking at scenery, and my father repeatedly scolded me for taking his camera and taking photos.
Lately I’m hooked on taking photos of the SKY
Photos allow me to express something inside.
